Xelvin specializes in technical jobs in the business sector and in technical environments for people with university or lower/intermediate vocational (LBO/MBO) qualifications. As we are a recruitment agency, this means that you will be employed by Xelvin and deployed to different clients for varying lengths of time. This will allow you to build up experience quite rapidly with different companies and in a wide range of jobs.

The consultants at Xelvin have many years’ experience in the sector and are intimately familiar with the various specializations. They know what’s happening in the job market, at the local level and beyond, and have access to an extensive network. But most importantly, they consider it a challenge to help you find the most suitable project for a particular time, based of course on your experience, your specific needs and your plans for the future.

Perhaps your ultimate aim is to run your own business? Xelvin can help here too. Each year we reserve  capital to support employees wanting to set up their own businesses. We can support you with financial assistance and/or expertise.

If you decide to team up with Xelvin, you will be employed for the duration of the recruitment project, or for a specified or non-specified time. In the course of your work, our consultants will of course keep an eye on how things are going. They will check whether everything is going to plan, whether some kind of support is needed and whether you are happy in your work. They will also take into account your wishes for education, training and/or coaching.
