- Install, repair, and maintain technical installations at customer locations while following work instructions, procedures, and safety guidelines.
- Consult with customers about the condition of their installations, conduct independent inspections, and ensure the timely replacement of vulnerable parts. Order spare parts and install them upon delivery.
- Inspect installations and equipment by gathering relevant information from customers and planning teams to diagnose potential malfunctions using available schematics and documentation.
- Collect and assess information to independently analyze and troubleshoot problems for internal reporting.
- Prepare technical reports, log work hours, record material usage, maintain service logs, and update the installed base database.
- Provide advice on system expansions, preventive maintenance, service project progress, and necessary improvements.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and actively encourage colleagues to follow safety procedures, use personal protective equipment, and adhere to protocols.

- Minimum MBO level 4 in Mechatronics, acquired through education and/or experience.
- Proficiency in Dutch and English.
- Knowledge of safety regulations, inspection standards, VCA VOL certification, and NEN 3140 certification as a Qualified Person.
- A proactive, independent self-starter who takes initiative and seizes opportunities.
- Ability to remain calm and objective in challenging situations while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Flexible regarding working hours, which may be irregular and adjusted to customer needs.
